Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns process works.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for any unused, unopened item in its original packaging. Notify us within this window by emailing info@clkwholesale.com or calling 0330 1337 772.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or a product is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the issue. We will arrange collection and dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, installed or removed from sealed packaging (for safety or hygiene reasons)
  • Bespoke or cut-to-length items supplied to specification
  • Consumables (e.g. sealants, adhesives) once opened

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@clkwholesale.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within one working day with return instructions and a return reference number.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the return reference.
  4. Ship to the address supplied. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process refunds to the original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 working days to credit the refund.
